We started the day with Glenn Omundson finding our motel right on time! A few minutes later a raven greeted us as we parked the car to see the pictographs above Court House Wash just north of Moab. It is an exquisite panel that was restored from the ravages of paint thinner years ago. From there we traveled to Seven Mile Canyon, to see the great glyphs and pictographs of the Intestine Man and friends. Across the wash and up a huge slick rock face near the top of the mesa on the canyon wall was 'Blue Eyes' or 'Snake in the Mouth' calling to us to make another try for a successful ascent. Our thanks to Mike McKenzie for his close up shots of old Blue Eyes.

In the afternoon we met up with Claudia Brenner and traveled along Kane Creek Drive adjacent to the Colorado River and then southwest up the canyons behind Moab. We saw the Herman and the Owl Panel and several other smaller sites including the alleged ‘Penis Panel’.
