We were fortunate to be in the group of those who were guided by Jeff Frey who resides in the Kanab area and is a URARA member. Jeff obtained permission for groups to visit several sites on private property. He also provided a number of sites on public land including sites in Long Canyon and Oak Canyon. David Sucec, whose work on the Barrier Canyon Study Project has captivated us for years, attended this field trip and provided insight into the context and interpretation of many of the sites.
