We had Diana, Jody and Judy here to celebrate Diana's 60th birthday. Judy took these photos for me. The eggs are a demonstration I gave of sucking egg yolks up into a bottle to separate the yolks from the whites. I should have used this method when making the lemon soufflé which Diana requested for desert.
