Oaxaca has some of the worse graffiti and vandalism and best of graffiti and murals. In just the few years I have repeatedly gone back to Oaxaca I have found a tremendous change in old beautiful doors and structures now marred with spray paint and destruction.
While I still can not help but admire some of the more artistically planed slogans of bright colors and shapes.
