We had hoped to find glyphs in Coal and Tusher Canyons on our way to Castle Dale, but the folks in the Green River Museum said the roads were not in good condition due to thunderstorms that had recently moved through the region. We took a side trip scouting for another site in that vicinity with out success, but were able to find Castle Dale and our oasis at Dan VanWagoner’s Bed and Breakfast. This would be our home for the next week.
