Leaving Teasdale, we were stopped by the Sheriff in Loa just long enough to take his picture. We preceded through farm country on our way to Bryce. Along the way we stopped at the East Fork of the Sevier River for a few hours where John caught some wonderful trout while Sharon recharged in preparation for an evening of photopraphy. We continued up the Sevier River Valley where the birding nearly as good as the fishing. Just before we reached Bryce, we happened upon some pretty friendly antelope.

Bryce is one of the hardest places in Utah to photograph and perhaps the western United States. We spent the entire afternoon in search of unique vistas and warm light of the late afternoon.
