We started the day at Sunrise Point and hiked down into the valley out of which Bryce rises. We were fortunate to catch both the prior evening sunset and this morning’s sunrise with the light sculpting the towers of rock.
Back on the road we headed for St. George to meet up with our dear friend Nina Bowen. Out of happenstance, we ended up driving through Zion to connect to the highway that runs down western Utah to St. George.
