We flew to Siagon this morning and were warned that the airport would be full of folks greeting passengers flying. There were 10 family members and friends to each person flying to visit. It was particularly busy at this time of the year for the whole City was preparing for new years celebrations to come.
We took a morning bus tour ride through the city and were absolutely blown away with all the scooters and flowing organic traffic.
